Pairing:  This remarkable wine should be pair with game meats or with dishes featuring green peppercorns, or a variety of cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C (60-68°F).

Tasting notes:

Colour: Deep purplish-reddish in colour.
Aromas: This Tributo  Carménère exhibits great intensity on the nose. It opens with aromas of black fruits complemented by a soft hint of black pepper, clove, roasted red pepper and tarragon.
Palate: The palate features very delicate with smooth tannins, along with vibrant acidity and remarkable volume, all of which foretell good aging potential.
