Pairing:   This assemblage wine loves grilled dishes, as the nature of the meat mirrors the bitter edge of the tannin in the wine. Serve at 16-18°C.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Opaque ruby red colour.
Aromas: Seductively perfumed with smoke-accented aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, Indian spices and violet, along with a strong black cardamom quality.
Palate: On the palate bright and tangy on entry, then ripe and sweet in the mid-palate, with impressive energy to its medicinal cherry and dark berry flavors. Lively on the bright, persistent finish, which features lingering floral and mineral nuances.
