Embrujo Andino is the expression of the identity of the Choapa Valley grapes. It is the fusion of its flavour and aromas into a magical experience. The soils of the valley and its microclimate, grant to Embrujo Andino its spirit, defined as a seduction of flavours, textures and aromas that envelop the senses.

Salamanca

The terroir where this wine grows up is the Land of the Warlocks that lodges in its landscapes a series of labyrinths and caves, like the Crack of Manquehua. In it, the Spanish conquistadors saw refugees from the natives, mainly Picunches and Diaguitas, feeding the legend of obscure meetings in which men go to witches and spirits in search of the secrets of life.

Vinification and Winery

Embrujo Andino has been forged from the identity of the Choapa Valley and its strain Cabernet Sauvignon. The attention to detail in the artisan handling of the vineyard ensures a unique experience to the senses. Wine is an experience and the details count. This conviction is even taken to the wine cellar, where small volumes guarantee the level of experience lived in the Embrujo. The humidity, the temperature and the luminosity, harmonize the notes of flavor and aroma that evolve in our barrels.
