Pairing:  Elegant and delicate, an excellent representative of the Carménère variety. Its original flavour weds perfectly with ingredients like peppers, eggplant and fresh herbs. Notas de Guarda combines perfectly with pasta, spicy dishes, grilled meats and vegetables preparations. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).

Tasting notes:

Colour: Dressed with a dark ruby red colour with violet hues.
Aromas: On the nose, this wine is a tasty mix of ripe red fruits, roasted red pepper and black pepper, with hints of cinnamon and sweet notes provided by the wood step.
Palate: Silky and fruity on the palate, this wine shows balance, soft tannins and flavours of ripe red fruits and spices.

Reference value – Case of 9 litres – equivalent to 12 bottles of  750 cc.
