An inimitable expression of Pinot Noir and the Terroir. 5 hectares of biodynamic cultivation, sulfite free only with reassembly and with 3 presses. 2 tonnes per hectare. Maceration 12 months in cement eggs. Ageing potential: 4 to 6 years from the vintage year.
