Laberinto Pinot Noir is marked by a mixture of red fruits and volcanic ashes. Its complexity and elegance make of this wine a very unique Pinot Noir. It is ideal to accompany fish, soft meats and elegant pastries. This is a wine with acidity and freshness that reminds mineral soils and the Andes canyon were the vineyards are planted. The grapes were harvested manually in small boxes, early in the morning between the 10th and 20th of March. The grape-juice was fermented in small concrete ponds. One third of the cluster was untouched and the other two thirds were submitted to a soft crushing. Then the process continued with a cold maceration before the alcoholic fermentation and then a soft footing. After this the wine is stored in French oak barrels for twelve months and bottled and waited for a year to be in the market.
