Kundalini Natural is a sweet wine made up by Moscatel (Muscat of Alexandria) and Torontel (Alicante Bouschet) grapes produced in a wild environment, with an ecological management and without pesticides. The vinification is a 100% natural process without sulfites or any other additive. It is fermented by native wild yeasts. The wine is not filtered or artificially stabilized, everything its natural. The whole elaboration, even the harvest and milling are handmade and without the use of electric energy or fossil fuels. It is 100% fermented grape juice.

Pairing: As aperitif with liver goose paté or as a dessert with aged cheese or biscuits. It pairs beautifully with Thai or Indian cuisine, Roqueforts and other blue cheeses. Serve at 12-14°C (53-58°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Intense golden-pale yellow in colour.
Aromas: Intense nose of honey, citrus, and floral notes, along with dried apricot, almond and vanilla.
Palate: Soft and sweet attack with good balance of sweetness and acidity on the mid-palate, with smooth alcohol that does not burn. The wine is broad and well-rounded.
