Kundalini Minimalist is a wine made by Syrah grapes from “El valle del Maule” (the Maule Valley), in Chile. The vinification is minimalist with native wild yeasts. The wines are stored in French oak barrels for 18 months. With two winters, the wine is cleaned and stabilized naturally without addition of chemicals or artificial methods. The use of sulfites is reduced by 50% compared to conventional wines. All the processing, including harvest and milling are handmade without using electricity or fossil fuels.
