This is a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Itata Valley, one of the oldest valleys in Chile, it is 100% dry and very different from other Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, where we expect aggressive tannins we find soft tannins, where we expect deep red fruit and on maturity we find balanced acidity. It comes from granitic soils of the coastal mountain range, in north exposure, which conditions its maturity and roundness of tannins. It is a soft and round wine with an alcoholic content of 14.3°.- It is an atypical wine from Chile.
