This wine is an assemblage of four varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Petite Sirah and Malbec were Syrah is the predominant variety. The colour is an intense cherry red. Notes to blackberries, caramel, chocolate, tobacco, something herbal, like bay leaves, and fresh pepper. In the mouth it is very fresh, juicy, of a firm, vibrant tannin. It must be drinked cold. Grus, is a wine that stands out for the purity of its flavours to red fruits, for its acidity and for its freshness, for the spices and above all for the aromas. Grus is made in a winery with all natural wine making methods – crushed by foot in stone pools and aged in cement and large wooden vats.
