Pairing:  This is a brilliant wine with the backbone to be pair with beef with bacon, tartar of beef, it will shine with slow-cooked short ribs, small game and spit-roasted lamb. Serve at 16°C (59°F).

Tasting notes:

Colour: This red blend wine is intense, very deep purplish red in colour, with violet hues.
Aromas: The nose, elegant and layered with concentrated fresh and expressive red berries, with the subtle floral notes of violets.
Palate: The taste is velvety, full-bodied, dense, touches of herbs and cocoa. It finishes with bright cherry and vivacity. Its well-muscled body and perfect balance.

Reference value – Case of 9 litres – equivalent to 12 bottles of  750 cc.

Its varietal composition starts with 50% of Carignan, from Loncomilla in the Maule Valley, 25% of Cabernet Sauvignon, from Bellavista in the Itata Valley, 10% of Cabernet Franc also from Loncomilla in the Maule Valley, 8% of Petit Verdot, from Lolol in the Colchagua Valley, and 7% of Malbec, from Bellavista in the Itata Valley. A total production of this wine arrives just to 21.648 bottles.
