Pairing: Serve with ceviche, shellfish, and fat, firm-textured ocean fish. Best enjoyed in its youth, within two years of bottling. Serve at 14-16°C (57-61°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Bright to pale yellow, with pale yellow hues. Aromas: Intense nose powerfull and elegant, evoke white peaches and pears, as well as herbal notes, acacia and lavander. Palate: Lively entry, open and accessible with mouth-filling texture, soft, subtle balance of acidity an tannins, leadings into a wide and focused finish.
Our winery was designed to reflect our desire to maintain the delicate harmony of the natural environment and the original buildings of the surrounding area. When we first came to Botalcura, we were struck by the beauty and imposing character of the local architecture that gracefully blends the richness and simplicity of the old colonial style buildings influenced by the ancient Spanish customs and we sought to reproduce these very concepts when we built our winery.
