This De Martino Alto de Piedras wine comes from grapes organically cultivated and harvested at the Alto de Piedras vineyard in Isla de Maipo, within the D.O. Maipo Valley, and they have been cultivated in a mild Mediterranean climate. The vineyard size is of 5.4 hectares (13 acres), they are planted on soils of alluvial origin mixed with gravel, clay, and sand with excellent drainage and low fertility that naturally controls vineyard growth.
