Pairing:  A brilliant wine, constant and precise in its character, all in finesse and harmony, a classic and well known Maule Valley style. Serve at 16°C-18°C (60°F-68°F).

Tasting notes:

Colour: This Late Harvest wine is of bright light greenish-yellow colour.

Aromas: This wine shows an outstanding fruit aromas of citrus and apple, complemented by a calcareous mineral note and hazelnut.

Palate: It is a smooth textured and elegant wine, with notes of ripe fruit, mineral and loam, with a pure and lengthy finish.

Reference value – Case of 9 litres – equivalent to 12 bottles of  750 cc.

This remarkable Late Harvest wine is brilliant in its appearance, yellow colour with golden notes. It shows complex aromas with notes of papaya and Mediterranean fruits that blend with the typical notes of honey. Fresh in the mouth with lasting and pleasant taste.

Soil & climate

The soils are of alluvial origin with a clay-loam texture. The climate is a Mediterranean one, with an extended dry season. The area receives cool breezes from the Loncomilla River and benefits from wide-ranging daily temperature oscillations during the summer produced by its proximity to the Andes Mountains.
