It will also enhance the flavour of whole grains, all kinds of mushrooms and herbs, making it a favorite for vegetarians. This is a wine that will make any white meat look good, as well as soups, stews and flavourful fish dishes. Among cheeses, it prefers the dry and tough ones like Edam, Brie, Gruyère or Port Salut. It’s an excellent option to serve next to Easter Island tuna fish, sushi and risottos. Serve at 12-14°C (54-58°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: An elegant and voluptuous Pinot Noir with a bright ruby red colouring.
Aromas: The nose presents amazing finesse and complexity, where notes of fresh cherry, strawberry, raspberry and plum, mingle with background hints of leather and smoke.
Palate: Outstanding extraction and a deliciously long and soft finish. This sophisticated and complex wine is the result of New World fruit from Traiguén vineyards vinified according to traditional Burgundy methods.
