The wines from grapes that come from the Vieilles Vignes (old vines) parcels are meant to those people who appreciate the effort and the passion in winemaking. This range is made up of wines that are produced with the best grapes sourced from vineyards that are more than 60 years old. The wines are aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months and they show intense colours, complex aromas as well as elegant and persistent flavours.

Pairing: This is a wine to pair perfectly with fish pie and fish cakes (trout cakes) other Atlantic salmon preparations (simply poached or with a buttery sauce), chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce, chicken, ham or cheese-based salads such as Caesar salad or chicken salads, mild curries with buttery sauces. Serve at 9°-12°C (48°F-54°F).
