Pairing: This is a wine to pair perfectly with simple, barely seasoned ingredients such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish like oysters and shell-on prawns, fresh crab and simply grilled fish such as sea bass, especially with olive oil. They also work well with dishes that contain raw or barely cooked tomato such as gazpacho, tomato consommé or tomato vinaigrettes and young goats’ cheeses – or salads that contain goat’s cheese. As aperitif it is also remarkable. Serve at 9°-12°C (48°F-54°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: This is a bright pale almost transparent yellow colour wine with green hues.
Aromas: On the nose, the wine has fresh citrus fruit and orange blossom aromas.
Palate: The concentrated fruit flavours are vibrant and lively on the palate, and the finish is crisp and fruity.
