This wine features a local wicker design that celebrates Chilean craftsmanship and the centuries-old art of wicker weaving. Pairing: This is a wine to pair perfectly with fish pie and fish cakes (trout cakes) other Atlantic salmon preparations (simply poached or with a buttery sauce), chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce, chicken, ham or cheese-based salads such as Caesar salad or chicken salads, mild curries with buttery sauces. Serve at 9°-12°C (48°F-54°F).
