Pairing:  This wine is an excellent option for all kinds of red meat, lamb and game. Serve at 18-19°C (68-70°F).

Tasting notes:

Colour: This wine has an intense and deep red ruby colour with black highlights which is an indication of its structure.
Aromas: Intense nose with fruity aromas such as cassis, plum, raspberry that combine harmonically with sweet spicy aromas such as vanilla and slightly toasted notes.
Palate: In mouth it is full-bodied and concentrated; its tannins are embracing leaving a powerful and persistent sensation at the end.
