Alta Alcurnia Rosé wine is a blend of three varieties with a dominance of the 86% of Carménère, with a 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and a 7% of Petit Verdot. The production of this wine is the result of teamwork, highlighted by the entrepreneurial drive of the marriage of Malgorzata and Tomasz Wawruch assessed by the skill of professionals in viticulture and oenology, as winemakers Philippo Pszczólkowski and Ricardo Pérez-Cruz. They are accompanied by the effort and determination of Colchagua Valley farmers. The Rosé wine is produced with the skin contact method. Black skinned grapes: Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot are crushed and the skins are allowed to remain in contact with the juice for a short period of one night at low temperature (10°C). Next, the juice is cleaned up and let for cold fermentation.
