Pairing:  This is a brilliant wine to be pair with beef, poultry, spicy food or lamb and cheese. Serve at 15°C (59°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min. before serving it.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Loa Perales Fábula is a dark ruby red wine, with attractive purple tones.
Aromas: In the nose, this wine exhibits black fruit flavours including plums, blackberry, blueberry, and even olive.
Palate: Syrah is a huge burst of flavour that moves quickly into its focused tannins and then leaves somewhat quietly. This is one of those wines that’s loved for its smooth and friendly finish.
