Pairing:  A brilliant wine, constant and precise in its character, all in finesse and harmony, a classic and well known Bordeaux style. Serve at 16-18°C (60-68°F).

Tasting notes:

Colour: Dark ruby red, with attractive purple tones.
Aromas: This Cabernet Sauvignon – Cabernet Franc assembalge has a dark red-purple colour. Complex nose with intense notes of plums, cherries, liquorice, vanilla and cocoa.
Palate: The mouth shows outstanding balance, great acidity, elegance, freshness and exceptional persistence. Full bodied structure with firm and rounded tannins as well as hints of cherry and toffee on the finish, enhancing the dense and fleshy character of the year.

Reference value – Case of 9 litres – equivalent to 12 bottles of  750 cc.
