Colour: This 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine is pale pink in colour (similar to that of a red onion peel), with fine, plentiful, iridescent bubbles.
Aromas: In the nose, it has a fruity fragrance and a mineral finish that give off hints of toast, brought about by its time ageing sur lie, giving it considerable complexity with soft floral notes.
