Winemaker Patrick Valette Lamoliatte, in 2011 created Acróbata, a version assembly between Cabernet Sauvignon (69%) and Carménère (31 %) with grapes from the Rapel Valley, by the 2012 version he add a little of Syrah. Patrick Valette Lamoliatte after a life in France, he established in Chile in order to keep creating great wines, but this time in the New World.

Pairing: A brilliant wine, constant and precise in its character, all in finesse and harmony, a classic and well known Bordeaux style. Serve at 16-18°C (60-68°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Dark ruby red, with attractive purple tones from the Carménère.
Aromas: The nose, elegant and layered, reveals pure and delicate aromas of ripe cassis, blackberries and wild strawberries, nicely associated with vanilla, spices and coffee beans.
Palate: The mouth shows outstanding balance, great acidity, elegance, freshness and exceptional persistence. The tannins are ripe, round, well condensed and silky, enhancing the dense and fleshy character of the year.
Reference value – Case of 9 litres – equivalent to 12 bottles of 750 cc.
