Sol de Sol Sauvignon Blanc, is a product coming from grapes harvested in the southernmost wine region of Chile, the area of Traiguén in the Malleco Valley. Usually this kind of Sauvignon Blanc from Viña Aquitania shows a greenish yellow with bright tones colour. On the nose, minerals and citrus fruits appear with slight notes of green pepper. On the palate it is a wine of great volume of good concentration, with a fresh, high acidity, long persistence and silkiness.

Pairing: For a food and wine pairing, a simply grilled fish, particularly oily fish such as sardines or mackerel. It goes also very well with fried fish, with simply grilled chicken or lamb and fresh-tasting dishes with avocados, tomatoes, green onions. It also pair well with big garlicky prawns and chargrilled squid and also cheeses flavoured with garlic and herbs. And this wine is the best type to drink with globe artichokes. Serve at 8-12°C (47-54°F).
