Pairing: The food pairing possibilities for rosé are almost endless. Salads and cold vegetables, seafood and fish dishes from anchovies to grilled tuna to grilled shrimp and poached cold or even grilled salmon work extremely well and Valenciana paella all show well with this rosé. Serve at 14-16°C (57-61°F).
