In the bygone days of the sail ships, wine provided a safe drink for long voyages. Dan Odfjell, a norwegian “armador” (shipowner), perpetuates this legacy by making wines to sail from Chile across the seven seas. The Sauvignon Blanc variety has origins in Bordeaux, France, this variety reminds us of freshness, mineral notes, a refreshing and cold style, with peach and redcurrant bouquets. A round, full wine, with perfect balance and finesse for matching sea food in general.
