Pairing: This remarkable wine holds up well to beef, lamb, pork, and even tuna steaks, and dishes featuring green peppercorns, or a variety of cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C (60-68°F).

Colour: Intense ruby-red wine.
Aromas: With a rich palette of aromas, this blend begins showing all of its floral and spicy exuberance, and then gives way to fresh fruit aromas such as raspberry and blackberry followed by light notes of fig and almonds.
Palate: The rich and vibrant acidity highlights the palate and become the backbone of this elegant and fresh wine.
