Pairing: This is a wine for every day; It will be a good companion at lunchtime, at picnics or to drink it with pizzas, pasta and vegetables. Serve within 3 years at 16-18°C (60-68°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Semi intense red ruby colour, with black cherry highlights; with numerous semi-slow legs.
Aromas: Intense nose of berries, such as cherry, and black fruit notes like plum, quince and walnut, with smoked notes and spices like cumin, cardamom and tarragon.
Palate: soft and pleasant attack on the mouth, a half full palate without being exuberant. Good alcoholic balance and a soft, half long finish, without being rough.
