The Chilean Wine Industry becomes a modern and proper one as such in the 80’s, during the XX century. In fact, Chilean wines exports rise steadily from 1978 to 2014 from USD 10 million FOB to USD 1.855 million FOB and the average price per litre doubled in the same period. This report shows volume, value, prices and the evolution of those figures during the mentioned period.

Average price evolution is a general report regarding all wines categories (bottled wine, bulk wine, sparkling wines and others) exports since 1978 in terms of FOB (Free on Board) value exports in USD (United States of America Dollar) and the amount of merchandise in litres of wine as well as the average export price per annum.
